Enrollment and Course Offerings
South Texas Barber College pratices an open enrollment policy whereby a student may enroll for one of the courses of study at any given time. Upon meeting admissions requirements and completing enrollment procedures, the student begins instruction immediately.
A student who attends the college full time, maintains good attendance passing grades may expect to complete the respective course of study as follows;
Barber:approximately twelve (12) months
Manicurist: approximately six (6) months
Barber Instructor:approximately six (6) months
Barber Technician: approximately three (3) months
Barber Refresher: approximately three (3) months
Cosmetology-Barber: approximately three(3) months
The actual time of completeion depends on the individual's attendance/satifactory
complettion of all cours requirements.
The college operates with a 12 month academic calendar. It operates five (5) days per week- Tuesday-Saturday.
